Beer Choir Chapter Membership Levels
So you want to start a Beer Choir chapter in your community? Great! We’d love to have you.
We have three different types of Chapter memberships to offer. Select the level you think fits best for your needs, and then fill out the contact form below and we’ll get you on your way to hosting your own Beer Choir event!
But first thing’s first - see if there’s already a chapter in your area.
LEVEL ONE CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP
Cost: Free
BEER CHOIR OG: ALL FUN, NO FUSS.
If you choose a Level one membership, you’ll be able to host free, volunteer-led events for fun! You’ll have permission to use the Beer Choir Hymnal for your events. The terms of use of the hymnal for Chapters at this Level are that you don’t receive payment for Beer Choir events, or charge for attendance to events.
IN ADDITION, YOU’LL RECEIVE:
Access to a basic set of logos and images to use for promotional purposes, as well as the Song Leader & Accompanist editions of the Beer Choir Hymnal to help you lead your event.
You’ll then need to create a Facebook page for your Chapter, and we’ll add you to our searchable National Chapters list.
LEVEL TWO CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP
Cost: $50 one time
THE BEER CHOIR EXPANSION PACK
Maybe you’ve held a few events, or you’d like to start right out of the gate with a bit more oopmh. This level helps you mix it up with some new songs, games, and better ways to connect with your community. The terms of use of the the expansion pack for Chapters at this Level are that you don’t receive payment for Beer Choir events, or charge for attendance to events.
Estimated value: $200
FOR A ONE TIME FEE OF $50, YOU’LL GET ACCESS TO:
Access to slides of Beer Choir Hymnal to project at events to save on hymnal printing costs.
Hymnal supplements like the Seasonal Chaser and Nog Chaser with new songs to try at your events.
Access to Beer Choir extras like games, jokes, activities, and other stage hi-jinx to pep up your events.
“How to Plan a Great Beer Choir event” package which includes:
Basic editable social media templates (shared through Canva).
A PDF of updated printable signs for the song Schnitzelbank.
A template email for reaching out to venues about hosting Beer Choir events.
Consultation with Beer Choir National’s Artistic team to help plan your events.
LEVEL THREE CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP
Cost: $250 one time
THE FULL KEG
For all the gung ho Beer Choir Chapters out there who want to take it to the next level by getting paid to run Beer Choir events - this one’s for you!
FOR A ONE TIME FEE OF $250, YOU’LL HAVE:
Opportunities to get paid:
We handle contracts and negotiations with venues for Beer Choir events, you get paid.
We’ll hire you to run Beer Choir private events or fundraisers requested in your geographical area.
We’ll provide ways to sell Beer Choir merchandise at your events.
Access to new artistic content as it’s released:
You’ll get first access to new hymnal supplements, activities, games, or other creative ideas created by other Level Three Chapter leaders.
Chances to Collaborate:
Access to Beer Choir National’s artistic leadership team and partners to provide unique consultation for your Chapter.
Connections with other Level Three Chapter leaders across the country to collaborate, share ideas, and get creative together.
