Does your choir love singing and beer? Are you wanting to meet new fans, singers, and potential supporters for your choir? Choirs on Tap might be perfect for you!
Because Minnesota is “the land of 10,000 choirs,” we at Beer Choir Twin Cities want to share the breadth and depth of that Minnesota choral tradition with our growing audience. To that end, we’ve created a “Choirs on Tap” series.
At approximately four Beer Choir Twin Cities’ events throughout the year, this series benefits individual choirs in one-of-a-kind events: part showcase, part FRIENDraiser, all fun, hosted by Beer Choir Twin Cities.
This offering is currently only available in the Twin Cities Chapter of Beer Choir.
What’s in it for you?
Venue – We take care of all the venue bookings with our venue partners and all event planning logistics.
The Show – We work with you to develop a unique Beer Choir program tailored for your choir that maximizes fun and shares your message. Your choir can sing a few songs, and you or your singers can be involved in the show in other creative ways - the wackier the better!
Open to all – Because Choirs on Tap is a part of our public events series, we welcome all our friends and yours to come enjoy a night celebrating your ensemble!
FRIENDraiser – Though this won’t be a fundraiser for your organization, you’ll have an opportunity to sell tickets or merchandise, and meet a bunch of new people who love music and beer. What’s not to love?!
FUN! - Our primary goal is for people to have a great time while learning about and supporting your choir.
What’s the Cost?
We know event planning and reaching new potential audience members takes time and money, which is something choirs don’t always have in great abundance. We want to make this an easy, fun, affordable and successful event for you.
To that end, we charge you a flat $200 fee for a two-hour public event. Included in that fee are pre-event planning time, paying our artistic team for leading the event, and our standard Beer Choir event-related expenses.
NOTE: Some of these items are open to negotiation depending on the size and scope of your event, so if $200 is outside your budget, please reach out and we’re willing to talk creative options! And, if you’re interested in additional features, we’re happy to talk about how we can best meet your choir’s needs.
At the end of your Choirs on Tap event, we want you to leave with more fans, friends, and fun memories. Simple as that.
